The conference was organized by the Consultative Committee on Administrative Reform of the Prime Minister in collaboration with the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID)

The conference was chaired by Minister, Head of the Government Office (VPCP) Mai Tien Dung, Chairman of the Prime Minister’s Reform Advisory Council and Michael Greene, Director of the United States Agency for International Development in Vietnam presided over.

Attending the conference were Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc and representatives of related ministries, agencies, representatives of associations, businesses, leading economic experts …
