On October 7, 2024, the National Scientific Conference with the theme “New Vision, New Opportunities for Building Hanoi as a Cultural, Civilized, and Modern Capital – A Global Connection City” took place at the National Convention Center.
This is one of two special national events to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital, gathering nearly 500 delegates to attend.
The workshop was jointly organized by the Central Propaganda Committee, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the Ministry of National Defense, the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi City Party Committee. High-ranking leaders and representatives from relevant agencies attended, engaging in discussions and sharing their visions for Hanoi’s development. Important solutions and orientations for building Hanoi into a civilized, modern city with global connections were addressed, affirming the capital’s role in the new era.
