Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) welcomes about 500 Indian M.I.C.E visitors: A vibrant encounter
In a vibrant display of cultural exchange and tourism resurgence, the HCMC Tourism Department, in collaboration with Asia Destination Management Jsc., extended a warm welcome to a delegation comprising more than 460 M.I.C.E (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events) visitors from India. Arriving in the bustling city on the late evening of July 22, 2023, the delegation embarked on a five-day journey (20th – 25th July) to explore the vibrant tapestry of attractions and experiences that HCMC has to offer.
During their immersive sojourn in the southern hub, the visitors were treated to a kaleidoscope of experiences, ranging from poignant visits to historical landmarks such as the HCMC War Remnants Museum and the iconic Saigon Central Post Office to the bustling energy of local markets like Ben Thanh Market and Saigon Square shopping mall. Additionally, the delegation delved into the rich historical significance of the Cu Chi Tunnels, gaining insight into Vietnam’s resilience and spirit of innovation.
