FOLLOW-UP WORKSHOP ON INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCES ON REGULATORY APPROACHES FOR ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) LIABILITY

On the afternoon of July 10, the Ministry of Justice, in collaboration with the Hanns Seidel Foundation, organized a workshop on International Experiences on Regulatory approaches for AI liability. The workshop is part of a three-year cooperation program on the Rule of Law Dialogue between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of the Federal Republic of Germany.

At the workshop, professors from Europe discussed and shared the legal experiences of Germany and the European Union in developing a legal framework to manage AI and determine the legal responsibilities of parties involved in artificial intelligence. Experts from Vietnam also discussed various legal issues concerning AI in Vietnam.
