The conference on Construction Contracts and Dispute Resolution in Construction 2024 (CCCDR 2024) will be held on October 10, 2024, in Hanoi, focusing on the prominent theme of “Risk mitigation in construction contract preparation and administration”.
The event is co-organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Center (VIAC) and the Vietnam Construction Law Association (SCLVN), gathering many experienced speakers from both Vietnam and abroad. These experts come from state management agencies, investors, contractors, law firms, consultants, insurance companies, and damage assessment companies.
The conference will share valuable lessons on preventing and mitigating risks in construction activities, especially in the context of the recent Typhoon No. 3 (Yagi), which caused significant damage to construction projects in northern Vietnam. The event will also focus on practical solutions to help businesses and industry professionals minimize the risk of disputes, thereby enhancing project management effectiveness. The series of events is expected to include 6 sessions centered around this theme, along with 6 side events.
