A DAY EXPLORING BA VI NATIONAL PARK HANOI
April 12 marked a memorable journey for UNICEF Vietnam at Ba Vi National Park, Hanoi, and it was also a meaningful milestone for HoaBinh Events Group as we accompanied UNICEF.
Overview of Ba Vi National Park
Established in 1991 in the areas of five districts in Hanoi and Hoa Binh province, Ba Vi National Park is one of Vietnam’s attractive destinations with stunning natural landscapes and biodiversity.
Covering an area of about 11,000 hectares, Ba Vi National Park is a rich ecosystem consisting of mountain forests, waterfalls, lakes, and meadows. Mount Ba Vi, with a height of about 1,296 meters, is known for its cool climate, making it an ideal escape from the heat.
Visitors here have the opportunity to relax in the pristine natural beauty and participate in outdoor activities such as camping, BBQ, hiking, trekking, etc. Additionally, there are resorts, homestays, and other accompanying services to cater to the needs of tourists.
UNICEF Vietnam’s one-day excursion to Ba Vi National Park
The journey began at 8 a.m. departing from Hanoi, with HoaBinh Events Group’s bus and tour guide welcoming the tourists at Kim Ma street and moving to Ba Vi for about 1.5 hours.
In the morning, the group visited famous cultural and spiritual sites such as Thượng Temple, Mẫu Temple, Bác Hồ Temple, and climbed to the Vọng Cảnh peak to admire the beauty of Vietnamese mountainous nature.
After lunch, there was a trekking tour to explore an abandoned church in the forest. The journey ended at 4:30 p.m. with many smiles and memorable moments.
